南開(kāi)大學(xué)由嚴(yán)修、張伯苓秉承教育救國(guó)理念創(chuàng)辦，肇始于1904年，正式成立于1919年，1937年校園遭侵華日軍炸毀而南遷，與北京大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)在湖南長(zhǎng)沙合組國(guó)立長(zhǎng)沙臨時(shí)大學(xué)，1938年遷往云南昆明，長(zhǎng)沙臨時(shí)大學(xué)更名為國(guó)立西南聯(lián)合大學(xué)；1946年回天津復(fù)校并改為國(guó)立；新中國(guó)成立后，經(jīng)歷高等學(xué)校院系調(diào)整，成為文理并重的全國(guó)重點(diǎn)大學(xué)；改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，天津?qū)ν赓Q(mào)易學(xué)院、中國(guó)旅游管理干部學(xué)院相繼并入。 
為中華之崛起，南開(kāi)大學(xué)在教育科技投入，此次采購(gòu)PZT-JH30/3型薄膜真空極化裝置就是為了配合之前的ZJ-3型壓電測(cè)試儀一起工作。這些設(shè)備對(duì)其以后的材料學(xué)研究和本科、研究生教學(xué)帶來(lái)重要的支持。

Nankai University was founded by Yan Xiu and Zhang Bojun in the spirit of education and national salvation. It was founded in 1904 and officially established in 1919. In 1937, the campus was blown up by the Japanese invaders and moved south. It was co-organized with Peking University and Tsinghua University in Changsha, Hunan. The temporary university moved to Kunming, Yunnan Province in 1938. The Changsha Temporary University was renamed the National Southwestern United University. In 1946, it returned to Tianjin to re-establish its school and became a national one. After the founding of New China, it experienced the adjustment of higher education institutions and became a national key university with equal emphasis on arts and sciences. Since the reform and opening up, Tianjin Institute of Foreign Trade and China Tourism Management Cadre College have been merged.
For the rise of China, Nankai University invested in education technology. The PZT-JH30/3 film vacuum polarization device was purchased to work with the previous ZJ-3 piezoelectric tester. These devices will provide important support for future material science research and undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

南海大學(xué)は、教育と國(guó)民の救済の精神でYan XiuとZhang Bojunによって設(shè)立され、1919年に正式に設(shè)立され、1937年には日本の侵略者によって展開(kāi)され、南に移動(dòng)しました。長(zhǎng)沙臨時(shí)大學(xué)は1938年に雲(yún)南省昆明に移り、1946年には天津に戻って學(xué)校を再設(shè)立し、國(guó)立學(xué)校になり、新中國(guó)の創(chuàng)立後は高等教育機(jī)関の調(diào)整を経験し、蕓術(shù)と科學(xué)を重視する國(guó)立基幹大學(xué)となりました。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)、天津外國(guó)貿(mào)易研究所と中國(guó)観光管理基幹大學(xué)が合併しました。
中國(guó)の臺(tái)頭のため、南海大學(xué)は教育技術(shù)に投資しましたが、PZT-JH30 / 3フィルム真空偏光裝置は以前のZJ-3圧電テスタで動(dòng)作するよう購(gòu)入しました。これらの機(jī)器は、將來(lái)の材料科學(xué)研究および學(xué)部課程および大學(xué)院課程の指導(dǎo)に重要な支援を提供します。
